Cancellations & Refunds Policy
1. Reservation & Daily Rental Term
All rentals are day-based rentals. Each reservation grants use of the trailer only until 11:59 PM (midnight) on the calendar day reserved, regardless of pickup time. No partial-day or hourly refunds are provided.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty only if the request is made prior to the scheduled rental day.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not extend or modify the original rental rate.
- Cancellations made on the scheduled rental day are strictly non-refundable, as the trailer is removed from availability and reserved exclusively for the customer.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued solely at the company’s discretion under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation received before the rental day
- Trailer unavailability caused by company-related issues
Refunds will not be issued for any of the following, including but not limited to:
- Same-day cancellations
- Failure to pick up the trailer (no-show)
- Early returns or unused rental time
- Weather conditions or job delays
- Violations of rental rules or improper use of equipment
4. Weather & External Conditions
Weather conditions, site conditions, job delays, or changes in customer plans do not constitute grounds for a refund.
At the company’s discretion, customers may be offered a reschedule for severe weather events, subject to availability.
5. Late Returns & Condition-Based Charges
- All trailers must be returned no later than 11:59 PM (midnight) on the rental day.
- Trailers returned late, unclean, damaged, improperly parked, or containing debris may be subject to additional fees.
- Refunds will not be issued where additional charges apply.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment only. Processing times vary based on financial institutions and are outside the company’s control.
7. Policy Acceptance
By completing a booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Failure to review this policy does not exempt the customer from its terms.
